Getting serious

Well, I need to lose some weight.  I'm reading Four Hour Body  and one of my first steps is pictures.  My plan is to print them out as a reminder of my goal: 20#'s.

This is how I look:

I have ordered an Omron BIA, Skinfold calipers, and a tape measure.  I'll add body composition numbers as I receive the tools.
