Ran with the wife and kids this morning. Cloudy and threatened rain, but we were dry for the whole thing. Weather in the mid 40's. My left foot had bothered me since the last run, but it felt good today and still feels fine. I ran 2.81 miles in 30:59. I seem to be getting quicker, if I was more consistent, the improvements would be better. I need to start looking on http://www.active.com for some races.
